Srushti began to prepare herself for the UPSC examination during her 3rd year as a student in engineering. In her final year of engineering, Deshmukh was unsure if she could like working in the field of engineering. She realized later the dream job she wanted was in civil service and decided to pursue this. Her parents encouraged to study civil service and pursue an opportunity to work in public service. Her motivation was never lost and she concentrated on becoming IAS Officer. IAS Officer. For UPSC to be successful, more hard work is needed. She was preparing for UPSC topics while studying her engineering. She set aside time for exam preparation every day. She was able to pass the engineering exams in just 1 1/2 months. She stayed clear of social activities and social media platforms altogether. Her belief is that staying focused only on the work at hand is the key to passing this exam. She worked hard to pass the test in her first attempt. She would read the newspaper to stay up-to-date with current affairs every day. Also, she got lots of support online by collecting studying materials as well as watching Rajya Sabha TV. The book written by IAS Srushti Deskmukh IAS Srushti Deskmukh has also created a book. It was released under the name The Answer Writing Guide. It is available in every state library. It's a fantastic book to IAS candidates who are preparing hard to pass the exam.
